Dr. Tom Dayton
As the owner of Parker Road Animal Hospital, Dr. Tom Dayton has been practicing medicine on the North side of Houston since 1981. As a general practitioner, Dr. Dayton has developed his skills to include orthopedic surgery.

Attending continuing education, reading every journal available, and researching the Veterinary Information Network, Dr. Dayton finds professional development one of the keys to a successful practitioner.

Even though education keeps you a great doctor, clients and patients are what bring him to work every day. Dr. Dayton works extremely hard at building life long bonds between himself and his clients. He makes a point to return all clients callsa nd keeps clients updated regularly on their pets condition. Dr. Dayton likes to his his clients and their needs.



Dr. Rayner
Dr. Rayner has been an associate practitioner since 2005 and has brought us over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Rayner has a special interest in Acupuncture and other holistic treatments that offer a remarkable addition to traditional veterinary medicine. Dr. Rayner has spent the last year obtaining continuing education through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society to obtain veterinary certification for veterinary acupuncture.

Dr. Rayner's medical philosophies are to care for each pet as an individual with individual needs. Not all animals are exactly alike and that is why she will provide your pet with the optimal treatment plan based on their needs alone.



Lauri McCabe - Practice Manager
Lauri has been with Parker Road Animal Hospital since 2003 and has been in this profession since 1995. With over 10 years of experience, Lauri brings a love of veterinary medicine to the clients, doctors, and staff.

As the practice manager, her main responsibilities are to ensure the staff and doctors at Parker Road provide the best care and service possible to the clients. Her business philosophy is simple: the employees of Parker Road will give 100% to ou and your pet at all times.



Clayton Wright and Cynthia Duarte - Senior Staff Members
Both of these employees have been with Parker Road since 2000. They both began their careers in veterinary medicine here at Parker Road. Through attending over 10 hours of continuing education a year, these two exceptional employees have worked themselves to lead staff positions. They both are quality para-professionals who will ensure your pet receives the most loving care and attention possible while at Parker Road.



Alita Valerio, Kim Forgue, and Mirian Garza - Junior Staff
